His magnum opus is the voluminous “The Ramayana of Valmiki”. The first six books contain the original epic with an English translation and the next four encompass the research dealing with the comparative study of various readings and re-writings of the epic. His other magnum opus is “Dhvani Dipika”, a commentary of Rig Veda in Sanskrit offering the esoteric or spiritual interpretations of Rig Vedic mantras. He has developed and patented the Dharma model, through which the concept of Dharma can be explored, understood, and practised systematically.
He is the founder and president of WEBOLIM (Web of Life Makers) which is an organisation he established when he was an undergraduate. WEBOLIM or “Rama Kutumbam”, as it is fondly called, is an organisation that motivates people to live a Dharmic lifestyle based on the human values found in Ramayana and the Vedas. It conducts dozes of Ramayana classes worldwide offline and online. Dr R. Ranganji has also established the Shruti Rama Gurukulam and Sita Lakshmi Gurukulam in Bangalore and Vedavati Gurukulam in Ayodhya.
